A first for South Africa: The Job Shop project is a unique one stop “shop” which can alleviate the critical artisan skill shortage in South Africa by training and upskilling.

A first for South Africa: The Job Shop project is a unique one stop “shop” which can alleviate the critical artisan skill shortage in South Africa by training and upskilling. The Job Shop is a ground-breaking initiative of Vukani-Ubuntu Community Development Projects and is funded by the EU (European Union) and IDC (Industrial Development Corporation). The Job Shop is attracting international attention by providing much needed services not only to the mining and manufacturing industries, but also to the unemployed disadvantaged communities.
